I woke up...


In January, like many people I thought, " hey, I need to get into shape.." Then finally on February 9th, I did something about it. I walked into a gym and joined. It was terrifying. Exciting too. I started going to work out on my lunch breaks and eating better. I feel sooo much better than I did before. I've lost 19 pounds so far.

I have a big goal to reach. I'm hoping to blog at least once a week to publicly share my successes and set backs and maybe I can inspire someone else.
